Job summary

TechTiera SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced PKI and Certificate Management specialist to operate and optimize security services within the MSSP framework in Malaysia.

You will manage CA operations, templates, CRLs, and SSL/TLS troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with information security standards. You will apply Keyfactor and Azure Key Vault expertise to deploy, monitor, and maintain CA infrastructure, report SLAs, and drive process improvements across supplier engagements and incident

Qualifications

• At least 7 years relevant experience.
• Must have Keyfactor and Azure Key Vault experience
• Exposure in Certification Authority operations, certificate templates and CRL management
• Exposure CSR validation and SSL/TLS certificate troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Operationalize CA security requirements, revocation, enrollment and renewal policies.
• Maintain PKI infrastructure and Root CA for wireless, IPsec access, and code signing.
• Deploy and configure CA servers; monitor health and compliance of CA servers.
• Report SLA performance; notify of vulnerabilities or breaches.
• Identify and implement supplier process improvements for security and compliance.
• Adhere to data security policy; ensure tools integrate with change and incident management.

Job description

Owns the delivery, technical direction and service performance of the PKI & Certificate Management service. The role works within the approved MSSP operating model and follows the group's security, change, incident and service management requirements.

Key responsibilities

Operationalize security requirements for CAs, trust strategies, revocation, enrollment and renewal policies and processes

Maintain the PKI infrastructure; manage Root CA infrastructure supporting wireless, IPSEC access and code signing

Deploy and configure CA servers per security and infrastructure requirements; monitor and perform regular health checks of CA servers

Report performance against Service Levels; inform immediately of any vulnerability, weakness or security breach

Identify, develop and implement Supplier process improvements for security, integrity and compliance

Adhere to data security classification policy; ensure Supplier tools and services integrate with Group's Configuration, Change, Problem and Incident Management systems

About you

At least 7 years relevant experience
