SEPANG GOLD COAST SDN BHD is seeking a Manager – Corporate Affairs to support senior management across corporate affairs, legal matters, governance, business projects and strategic initiatives.
The role focuses on coordinating governance matters, liaising with external advisers, and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives with senior leadership.
We are looking for a Manager – Corporate Affairs to join our team and play a key role in supporting senior management across corporate affairs, legal matters, governance, business projects and strategic initiatives.
Manage and coordinate corporate affairs and governance matters across the Group.
Liaise with company secretaries, auditors, tax advisers, solicitors and other professional advisers.
Coordinate corporate documentation, agreements, resolutions and regulatory matters.
Prepare management and board materials, reports and corporate correspondence.
Work closely with external solicitors on contracts, legal matters, disputes and other corporate matters.
Coordinate information and documentation between internal teams and external legal advisers.
Monitor the progress of legal matters and ensure timely follow-up.
Work directly with senior management on important business matters and special projects.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving corporate, legal, property, finance and operations.
Conduct research, prepare analysis and assist management in evaluating business matters.
Ensure key action items and projects move forward and are completed on time.
Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Represent the company professionally in meetings and discussions where required.
Coordinate and follow up with key stakeholders to ensure matters are resolved efficiently.
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Management or a related discipline.
5–8 years of relevant working experience in corporate affairs, legal liaison, company secretarial, corporate administration, executive office or a similar role.
Candidates with legal, property, corporate governance or professional advisory experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of corporate and business matters.
Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to manage multiple matters independently and work under tight deadlines.
Mature, discreet, proactive and commercially minded.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and external professional advisers.
