Job summary

Samaiden Group in Malaysia seeks a results-driven Tender & Proposal Specialist to support end-to-end tender activities and project registrations. You will coordinate submissions, assist in financial modelling and cost estimations, and coordinate with internal teams for timely proposals.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency, and strong communication skills to develop relationships at all management levels.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Business Management, Electrical, Renewable Energy or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Renewable Energy industry is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tender/proposal registration, coordination, preparation, and document submission.
• Assist for pre- and post-tender/project inquiries, evaluate tender preparation including budgeting and cost estimation.
• Assist in preliminary financial modelling and coordinate peers for detailed financial analysis.
• Lead in handling project registrations with IRB, CIDB, and related applications.
• Support end-to-end transactions from deal sourcing to award/contract and order execution.

Job description

• Responsible in tender/ proposal registration, coordination, preparation, compilation of document for submission.
• Assisting for pre and post tender/ project inquiry, evaluation of tender preparation for tender submission including budgeting i.e; Bill of Quantity, cost estimation, project timeframe.
• Assist in preliminary financial modelling, analyze and optimize technical and commercial. assumptions, coordinate peers for detailed financial analysis and project economic modelling.
• Lead in handling document for project registration with IRB, CIDB and any other related applications required.
• Assist in transactions from end-to-end, including deal sourcing, research, deal evaluation financial analysis, negotiations and deal execution for letter of award/ sales contract/ purchase order.

Requirements

• Must possess at least Degree in Business Management, Electrical, Renewable Energy or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in Renewable Energy Industry will be added advantages
• 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
• Required language: Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop relationship at all levels of management.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office, team working, documentation skills.
