Job summary

Sephora Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Category Activation to build Sephora Collection brands and product categories in Malaysia and Singapore, leading both brick-and-mortar and ecommerce efforts, and acting as brand guardian to grow the business while maintaining healthy margins.

You will collaborate with regional supply chain, marketing, and store teams to plan assortments, drive fragrance category growth, and expand ecommerce opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 to 7 years in Merchandising, Brand Management or related roles.
• Beauty or fashion industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth priorities and strategies for Malaysia, across B&M and E‑commerce.
• Coordinate with regional Supply Chain and Logistics for stock availability.
• Formulate fragrance category strategies and omni‑channel plans.
• Collaborate with fragrance brands and source new opportunities.
• Liaise with stakeholders on space planning, store expansions and ecommerce.
• Manage daily operations of the Sephora Collection in stores and online.
