Job summary

Sephora Malaysia ( Beauty In Motion Sdn Bhd ) based at the Flagship F88 store, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead a 40+ headcount and drive commercial performance with a customer-first mindset.

You will mentor the team, partner with Marketing, CRM and Merchandising, ensure flawless store operations, stock control, and P&L management while delivering Sephora’s CEL standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in store operations or sales management.
• Proven track record in managing large flagship stores or multi-store networks.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in CRM, merchandising, and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to achieve budget objectives with strong operational integrity.
• Communicate store plan objectives through coaching and leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM and Merchandising on initiatives and launches.
• Analyse store performance and develop action plans for improvement.
• Oversee P&L, inventory, stock counts and shrinkage reduction.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of store team.
