LVMH Group is seeking a Manager, Category Activation, to drive business growth for the Sephora Collection in Malaysia. This pivotal role will involve developing strategies for both in-store and e-commerce channels while overseeing the Fragrance category.

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in merchandising or brand management within the beauty industry. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential to achieve sales targets and drive the brand's success.

Formación

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Merchandising, Brand Management, or other commercial skills.
• Experience in fashion or beauty industry preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numbers.

• Develop priorities and strategies for Sephora Collection’s growth in Malaysia.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure stock availability.
• Manage daily operations of the brand in stores and e-commerce.
