Job summary

ELITE MATERIAL (PENANG) SDN. BHD. is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee daily production tasks and ensure QC/QA targets are met. You will monitor, report, and address gaps while maintaining quality documents and specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, has at least 3 years in manufacturing supervision, demonstrates strong leadership and communication, and is willing to work weekends (six days) with a morning shift; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations to meet QC/QA targets and identify gaps.
• Maintain inspection records, quality documents, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Assist with return inspections and perform root cause and failure analysis.
• Ensure production adheres to daily and weekly plans and packaging standards.

确保所有产品保持良好质量、使用正确的包装，并根据每日及每周生产计划按时完成生产。
Ensure all products are maintained in good quality, packed in the correct packaging, and produced in a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan.

通过监督及分配日常工作，确保QC或QA的运营目标达成，并及时发现工作中的差距及问题。
Achieve QC or QA operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day-to-day activities, and identifying gaps and problems.

协助检查退回的样品，对所有退货进行根本原因分析（Root Cause Analysis）及失效分析（Failure Analysis），并采取纠正措施。
Assist with returned sample inspections, conduct root cause and failure analysis investigations on all returns, and take corrective action.

负责维护检查记录、质量相关文件、代码、标准及规格。
Responsible for maintaining inspection records, quality-related documents, codes, standards, and specifications.

职位要求：
Requirements:

拥有任何领域的文凭（Diploma）或学士学位（Bachelor's Degree）。
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.

曾在制造业或生产环境担任主管职位，并拥有至少3年的工作经验。
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment, with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.

薪资最高可达RM6,500（底薪 + 津贴 + 加班费）。
Salary up to RM6,500 (Basic + Allowances + OT).
