Job summary

FORTUNTECH MT TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD in Penang, Batu Kawan, is seeking a QC Inspector with 5+ years in CMM operations to ensure part accuracy and compliance with drawings, SOPs and quality instructions.

You will operate CMM, Video Measuring Machine, profile projector and other QC equipment, record inspection results, provide feedback, and help implement quality standards. English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, Chinese is a plus. Overtime and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CMM operations.
• Preference for Hexagon brand CMMs.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Chinese knowledge helpful.

Inspection on product in accordance with engineering drawings, SOPs and Quality instruction to ensure all quality requirements are complied 根据工程图纸、标准操作规程及质量指令对产品进行检验，确保满足所有质量要求

Assist in the overall implementation of company’s quality standard, processes and procedures 协助全面实施公司质量标准、流程及程序

Document and maintain accurate records of inspection results 记录并维护准确的检验结果档案

OperateCoordinate Measuring Machine (CMM),Video Measuring Machine (Smart Scope),Profile Projector,Hardness Tester,Surface Roughness Tester, and other QC equipments to ensure part accuracy and quality 操作三坐标测量机（CMM）、视频测量仪（Smart Scope）、轮廓投影仪、测高仪、硬度计、表面粗糙度仪及其他质检设备，确保零件精度与质量

Enforce established policies and procedures and identify areas where enhancements will improve daily workflow 执行既定政策流程，识别可优化日常工作流的改进领域

Inspect finished products and semi-finished products and promptly register defects in quality reports, provide feedback, record and track them 检验成品与半成品，及时在质量报告中登记缺陷，提供反馈并记录追踪

Enforce established policies and procedures and identify areas where enhancements will improve daily workflow 执行既定政策与流程，识别可优化日常工作流的改进领域

Required language (written & spoken): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Understanding of Chinese language is optional but preferable.

Minimum 5 years of experience in CMM operations. (Preferred brand: Hexagon)
至少5年CMM操作经验

Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint

Working experience in QC department for at least 3 to 5 yrs will be an added advantage
具备质约三至五年检部门工作经验者优先
