Qualifications

• Experience in monitoring networks and providing first‑level troubleshooting.
• Familiar with AWS, Azure and VMware cloud environments.
• Ability to log incidents and adhere to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network dashboards and alerts; log incidents; escalate complex issues.
• Provide Level 1 monitoring for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware).
• Maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) following security practices.
• Track network performance metrics to aid engineering improvements.
• Assist MSOC with infrastructure upgrades and project documentation.
• Manage tickets and ensure SLA adherence with support teams.
• Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders using templates.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MSOC reports for review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
