Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Managed Services Service Architect to join our APAC practice in Malaysia, supporting Australia and New Zealand. This role shapes end-to-end managed service solutions across cloud, infrastructure, databases, service desk and security, aligning them into a cohesive ITIL-based operating model with automation and AI-enabled delivery.

The ideal candidate will drive transition and transformation, design governance and operating models, and lead discovery workshops

Qualifications

Experience in service architecture, managed services solutioning or complex presales.

Responsibilities

Lead service architecture for managed services opportunities, renewals and new pursuits.
Design target operating models covering governance, service management, delivery organisation, accountability, supplier integration, service levels and reporting.
Integrate multiple technology towers into one coherent managed service.
Shape transition and transformation, mobilisation, knowledge transfer, tooling integration and service acceptance.
Design platform-enabled operations using ITSM, monitoring, observability, AIOps, automation and AI-assisted delivery.
Develop resource and delivery models balancing onshore, nearshore and offshore capability and FTE optimisation.
Lead discovery workshops, solution shaping, service design, proposal input and risk reviews.
Partner with tower architects, delivery, transition, commercial and account teams for credible and aligned solutions.
