Job summary

Knight Frank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Advertising & Promotion Executive (Mall) to support thematic campaigns, events, and promotional activities in a retail mall. You will coordinate with tenants, vendors, and partners, and help manage flea markets and pop-up booths.

The role requires 1–3 years in A&P or events, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency; a related degree is preferred. On-site role with competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of working experience in A&P, marketing, events, shopping malls, or retail industry.
• Experience in organising flea markets, bazaars, roadshows, or events is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute thematic / festive campaigns, promotions, and events for the mall.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and external partners for promotional activities.
• Assist in social media / publication content creation.
• Organise flea markets, bazaars, roadshows, and events.
• Source and liaise with flea market vendors, exhibitors, and potential event partners.
• Manage vendor registration, booth allocation, event setup, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure events and promotional activities run smoothly and meet the mall’s requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Assist with A&P budgets, promotional materials, event equipment, and merchandises.
• Support other marketing and event activities when needed.
