Job summary

Knight Frank Malaysia is seeking a proactive and creative A&P Executive to support the planning and execution of thematic campaigns, festivals, events, and promotional activities for a retail mall in mixed development.

The candidate will organise flea markets, pop-up booths, and other leasing activities to drive foot traffic and revenue, coordinating with tenants, vendors and partners, and assisting with social media content and budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in A&P, marketing, events or retail.
• Experience organizing flea markets, bazaars or roadshows is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute thematic and festive campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors and external partners for promotional activities.
• Assist in social media / publication content creation.
• Organise flea markets, bazaars, roadshows, and events.
• Source and liaise with flea market vendors, exhibitors, and potential event partners.
• Manage vendor registration, booth allocation, event setup, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure events and promotional activities run smoothly and meet the mall’s requirements.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Assist with A&P budgets, promotional materials, event equipment, and merchandises.
• Support other marketing and event activities when needed.
