Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in mall, commercial property or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of building services, M&E systems, maintenance and facilities operations.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage contractors and service providers effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant degree are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily mall operations including M&E and building-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain operational paperwork, reports and records.
• Handle procurement activities including requisitions, quotations and PO follow-up.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors on maintenance and operational works.
• Monitor contractors and service providers to meet standards and timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of mall facilities and common areas.
• Coordinate with internal departments, tenants and Building Management to resolve issues.
• Assist in planning and coordinating maintenance, repair and improvement works.
• Monitor expenses and keep procurement within budget.
• Support mall events, projects and other operational activities as required.
