Lendlease Malaysia is seeking motivated candidates to build their career as an FCC Operator (Fire Command Centre) at Setia City Mall. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with on site teams, and developing their skills in safety and operations within a large retail mall setting.

As an FCC Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of the mall, its tenants, and visitors.

Competenze

Minimum High School / SPM, diploma or degree an advantage but not required.
Able to communicate clearly and remain calm in urgent situations.
Willing to learn fire safety procedures and mall operations.

Mansioni

Actively enforce and implement Setia City Mall's fire and life safety policies.
Monitor fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems from the Fire Command Centre.
Coordinate emergency response actions with internal teams and external services.
Conduct, participate in, and document fire drills and system testing.
Perform routine fire safety inspections and risk assessments.
Maintain logs and reports; liaise with maintenance to keep systems operational.
