Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a creator partnerships lead to build and manage relationships with Malaysian mid-tier TikTok creators (10K-500K followers) across e-commerce, beauty, lifestyle and fashion. You will balance outreach, offline meetings and negotiation to develop mutually beneficial collaborations, with a focus on expanding the creator network and delivering campaign coordination.

An existing network and 1–3 years in creator management are preferred, and fluency in English,

Qualifications

• Existing network of Malaysian TikTok creators with 10K-500K followers.
• 1–3 years of experience in creator management or influencer business development or agency sales.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Identify, engage and develop relationships with Malaysian TikTok creators with 10K-500K followers.
• Manage creator partnerships from outreach and negotiation through to campaign coordination and ongoing relationship development.
• Conduct offline meetings and proactive cold outreach to expand the creator network.
• Develop partnership opportunities across e-commerce, beauty, lifestyle and fashion categories.
• Negotiate commercial terms and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for creators and the business.
• Track creator activity, partnership progress and relevant market opportunities.
