Job summary

ANTA is hiring a Store Manager in Malaysia to lead a passionate team and drive business performance in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure an inspiring shopping experience that showcases ANTA’s basketball, training, and lifestyle collections.

The role requires at least 4 years in retail with demonstrated supervisory experience, strong leadership, communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Keep the Store Running Smoothly

• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and ready to welcome customers.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising that showcases ANTA's latest basketball, training, and lifestyle collections.
• Manage inventory accurately and ensure stock availability.
• Plan manpower effectively to support customer traffic and business needs.
• Ensure daily operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

What You'll Bring

• At least 4 years of retail experience, including 1.5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Passion for sports, especially basketball, training, fitness, or an active lifestyle.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to cross-training and team development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to retail operations.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
