Job summary

Anta International seeks a candidate to drive and maintain business relationships with local and international wholesalers for Wilson's growth in Malaysia. This role focuses on executing sales targets, developing promotional strategies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.

Qualified applicants must have at least 7 years of experience in the sports equipment industry, a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and both English and Malay.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in sports equipment industry.
• Industry experience preferably in trading sector (sports preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain relationships with local and international wholesalers.
• Execute sales target setting and develop promotional strategies.
• Present products and negotiate contracts.
• Research market trends and compliance requirements.

Job Description

Wholesale Management

• Customers management: Executing objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned customers, delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, following up monthly Sales & Inventory report with customers.
• Business development: Sales target setting and identifying new markets and developing promotional strategies
• Sales achievement: Presenting products from time to time for new updates, negotiating contracts and ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Sustainable growth in markets: researching trends, identifying opportunities and staying informed about regulation and compliance requirements.
• Team cooperation: work with Merchandise, D2C and Marketing teams to achieve brand objectives.
• Ensuring shipments been arranged in time and picked up on time: involving understanding and adhering to relevant law and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, or any other equivalents academic qualifications
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Sports equipment.
• Industry: Preferably in trading sector (sports preferred)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
