Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with strong understanding of the Malaysian automotive market and business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or dealer network management experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of dealer operations, automotive retail business, and market analysis.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia is required. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to travel frequently within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Analyze overall vehicle Sales/Aftersales performance across Malaysia, including retail sales, wholesale performance, inventory aging, and market penetration.
• Monitor dealer network performance and identify opportunities to improve Sales/Aftersales efficiency, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare regular forecasts, market analysis reports, and performance reviews for management.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key channel partners across Malaysia.
• Evaluate dealer operational performance, showroom standards, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
• Support dealer development, network expansion, and optimization initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities including pricing strategy, product positioning, promotional campaigns, dealer expansion, and market share movements.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with company business objectives.
• Lead sales target deployment and ensure achievement of retail volume, revenue, and market share targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate local sales operations including order management, vehicle allocation, logistics coordination, and inventory control.
• Ensure smooth communication between headquarters, local teams, and dealer networks.
• Ensure all sales operations comply with Malaysian laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Adapt corporate strategies and commercial policies to local market conditions and customer expectations.
