Job summary

Multiplier Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager - Malaysia to lead country-specific payroll implementations from discovery to go-live. You will ensure all work complies with Malaysia legislation and best practices while delivering the highest quality outcomes.

The role requires being based in Malaysia, fluent in English and Malay, and having extensive hands-on experience with Malaysia payroll software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience processing and implementing Malaysia payroll.
• Excellent knowledge of Malaysia payroll legislation, tax, and statutory reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Malaysia payroll software and engines (Cadena preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for Malaysia payroll implementations.
• Lead discovery workshops and advise on legislation and best practice.
• Validate payroll configuration with Product and Engineering.
• Lead testing, parallel runs and payroll validation.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality payroll go-lives and documentation.
