Job summary

MY01 Wolfspeed Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR professional to assist recruitment activities in Malaysia, including Workday management, job postings, CV screening, and interview arrangements for managers overseas.

The role also covers conducting reference checks, new hire orientation, exit interviews, and general admin support for the Malaysia office. A proactive, team-oriented candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years human resources experience, or other related experience.
• Exposure in electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment management in Workday and posting job advertisements.
• Screen and download CVs from local recruiting sites.
• Conduct HR interviews and set up interviews for hiring managers abroad.
• Perform reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Conduct orientation for new hires and exit interviews for departing employees.
• Support Malaysia admin functions as needed and assist organizing employee activities.
• The appointee is expected to perform other related duties as required and assigned.
