TEMPORA FOOD INDUSTRY SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Technician to oversee the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial air-conditioning systems, freezers, coldrooms, machinery and electrical equipment in our production facility in Shah Alam. You will help ensure smooth operations, safety compliance and minimal downtime through proactive troubleshooting and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance plans for all HVAC, freezer, coldroom and machinery.
• Inspect and repair electrical panels, wiring, motors, and generators.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns.
• Manage maintenance schedules, records, and spare parts.
• Ensure safety compliance and train team members.
• Generate reports and recommend improvements.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technician to oversee the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial air-conditioning systems, Freezer, coldroom, machinery and electrical equipment. This role ensures smooth operations, safety compliance, and minimal downtime through effective troubleshooting, scheduling, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventive maintenance plans for all air-condition, freezer, coldroom, machinery and electrical items/equipment in manufacturing area.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical panels, wiring, motors, and generators.
• Respond promptly to electrical and equipment breakdowns.
• Manage maintenance schedules, records, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and train team members.
• Generate reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in maintaning industrial air-conditioning systems and machineries.
• Hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to handle emergencies.
• Basic mechanical/technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Commitment to safety and effective communication with teams.
