Qualifications

• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and supporting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and supporting equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose machine alarms, axis errors, vibration, overheating, and positioning issues.
• Maintain and repair key CNC components including spindles, ball screws, bearings, motors, drives, sensors, and toolchangers.
• Conduct machine calibration, alignment, leveling, installation, and functional testing when required.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, downtime reports, and spare-parts usage.
• Work closely with production, machinists, supervisors, and engineers to ensure machine reliability and productivity.
• Follow EHS, safety, LOTO, and 5S requirements at all times.
• Support equipment improvement, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of machine performance, maintenance quality, and long-term equipment reliability.
