Job summary

Micron Concept Aerostructures Sdn Bhd invites applications for an assembly and testing technician who will read and interpret engineering drawings, set up and operate equipment, assemble parts, and perform in-line and final quality checks to ensure on-time production.

You will also monitor equipment, perform basic maintenance, record inspections in ERP, and contribute to continuous improvement while complying with AS9100/ISO9001 quality standards.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate equipment according to engineering specifications.
• Assemble parts, components, and equipment accurately while ensuring quality and production timelines.
• Perform testing, inspection, calibration, and precision adjustments using appropriate tools.
• Carry out in-line and final quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Develop and improve assembly and testing procedures to support consistent product quality.
• Monitor equipment performance, perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting, and report abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain accurate inspection, testing, and ERP records, including job check-in/check-out.
• Ensure all processes comply with quality, safety, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and perform other duties as assigned by the Superior.
