Job summary

HAITIAN MACHINERY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Kulai, Johor, is seeking a skilled CNC maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair CNC machines and related equipment.

You will calibrate machines, test accuracy, inspect components, and keep maintenance records while complying with safety and 5S standards. Independent problem solving and hands-on experience with CNC controls are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Able to perform CNC machine precision calibration and accuracy adjustments.
• Knowledge of CNC mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Conduct CNC machine calibration, precision adjustment, and accuracy testing.
• Inspect and adjust machine components, including spindles, guide rails, ball screws, and servo systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
