in Negeri Sembilan seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and calibrate equipment across the production line. You will collaborate with production to minimize downtime, handle electrical faults, support installation and commissioning, and keep accurate maintenance records in a safety-focused environment compliant with DOSH.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and equipment calibration.
• Work closely with production to resolve machinery issues and prevent recurring faults.
• Handle electrical faults involving motors, heaters, sensors, control panels and machine wiring.
• Ensure full compliance with safety procedures (DOSH).
• Support machine installation, commissioning and improvement work.
• Identify recurring breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records and monitor critical spare parts.
• Respond promptly to production breakdowns and work closely with the production team to minimise downtime.
