RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

• 1. Participate to setup new machine and equipment.
• 2. Trouble shooting of machine problem.
• 3. Participate in preventive maintenance activity.
• 4. Participate in machine improvement activity.
• 5. Record all maintenance activity check list.
• 6. Perform any task assign by superior.
• 7. Able to perform welding

REQUIREMENTS ( QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE)
