Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and monitor the mall’s facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, and CCTV systems. The role emphasizes regular inspections to meet safety standards and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate should have relevant certifications or training and align with our fresh graduate-friendly entry requirement.

Qualifications

• Holders of SKM Level 2/3, PW2 PW4, Wireman / Aircond, or any related field relevant for building maintenance
• Fresh Graduate / Less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply

• Maintain various systems and equipment in the shopping mall, including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, and CCTV.
• Inspect buildings and equipment to ensure safety standards compliance.
• Implement preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as welding, grinding, and installation as required.
• Monitor electrical and water usage and lighting for efficiency and safety.
