Job summary

Electron Beam Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diligent Technician to operate and monitor production machines, ensuring products meet specifications. You will assist with troubleshooting, perform routine parameter checks, and uphold strict safety and housekeeping standards.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; owning transport and willingness to work at Pulau Indah, Klang are required. The role offers on-site duties with a focus on quality control and continuous improvement under LEAN

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a high school diploma or SKM in Electronic/Electrical or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates in Electronic & Instrumentation are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machine runs in good condition and monitor parameters.
• Ensure customer products meet specifications and quality.
• Assist senior technician in troubleshooting and repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of bunker and radiation vault.
• Participate in LEAN continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations.

Job description

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• In-charge to ensure machine is running in good condition.
• To ensure Customer products are processed within specification and goodquality.
• To monitor production process and participate investigation in the event ofprocess interruption and any quality deviation.
• Perform machine round check on operating parameters at shift opening.
• Assist senior technician in machine troubleshooting and repairing.
• To maintain and upkeep bunker and radiation vault cleanliness andhousekeeping.
• Actively involve in LEAN Continuous Improvement initiative.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least high school Diploma or Malaysian SkillCertificate (SKM) in Electronic / Electrical or equivalent. Fresh graduatewith Electronic & Instrumentation discipline is encouraged to apply.
• Basic experience in SCADA system.
• Possess own transport and willing to work at Pulau Indah, Klang.
• Computer literate. Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook 365.
• Basic command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to interact with all levels of the organization. A team player
