Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain all factory machineries, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge and proactive troubleshooting to uphold production standards.

You will handle electrical wiring, air-conditioning, welding, piping, painting, and other maintenance tasks, perform remedial and preventive work, update maintenance records daily, and standby for emergency breakdowns after hours.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least SPM /Professional Certificate/ Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Metal Fabrication/ Tool/Tie Welding) or equivalent
At least 2 years working experience in related field
Basic wiring and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

To have the technical knowledge and skills to repair and maintain all machineries in factory
To always take initiative and ensure that all machineries are always in efficient and safe working conditions
Execute various required repair
To monitor and maintain various equipment and system in the factory and production plant. Works include electrical /wiring air-conditioning, welding, piping, painting, etc
To support maintenance work (remedial & preventive), troubleshooting of all equipment and/or machines at factory
Maintenance records, ISO and relevant documentation need to be updated daily.
Must be standby on duty for any emergency machinery breakdown services after working hour.
To monitor day-to day equipment and machines performance
