Job summary

TTL Group seeks an Operation Executive (Maintenance & Operation) to keep heavy machinery running safely and efficiently. You will coordinate deliveries, handle breakdowns, manage spare parts, and ensure accurate maintenance records.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in operation coordination, strong planning skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu. The role requires independence and attention to safety standards in a technical environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, automotive engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operation coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Self-driven, organized and able to work independently.
• Male candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrange machine delivery, exchange, collection and off-hire.
• Handle machine breakdowns and coordinate repair works.
• Manage spare parts request and issue parts to mechanics.
• Handle machine damage inspections, documentation and claims.
• Update daily operational data and prepare monthly reports.
