Job summary

You will plan PM schedules, document health checks, and support uptime improvements across production lines.

Candidates must hold a professional license and a engineering degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical fields, with at least 3 years in electronics or semiconductor industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Professional license holder required.
• Major in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 years related experience in Electronics and Semicon Industry.
• English language mandatory; Mandarin and Malay preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routine and Preventive Maintenance: conduct inspections and PM plans to ensure optimal machine condition.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: perform advanced equipment troubleshooting and execute corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Functional Enhancement: analyze and modify equipment structures or functionalities to optimize performance.
• Process & Quality Improvement: drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and production quality through data analysis and technical upgrades.
• PM Proficiency & Management: demonstrate high technical proficiency in PM procedures and contribute to equipment health management and documentation.
• Maintain and optimize equipment availability and uptime.
• Improve equipment setup efficiency and streamline changeover processes.
