Job summary

Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, utilities and facilities maintenance teams in Malaysia. The role focuses on driving TPM, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies to achieve high equipment reliability and low downtime.

You will spearhead MTBF/MTTR improvements, spare parts management, and root cause elimination while managing budgets, contractors and Capex. Experience with GMP/HACCP and food safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years maintenance experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on TPM implementation in a manufacturing environment.
• GMP/HACCP and food safety standards knowledge.
• Experience leading high-speed production, processing and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance function and teams across mechanical, electrical, utilities, and facilities.
• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Improve MTBF, MTTR, breakdown frequency, and spare parts management.
• Drive equipment reliability improvements and root-cause elimination.
• Implement TPM Planned Maintenance and support Autonomous Maintenance.
• Manage maintenance budget, spare parts costs, contractor performance, and Capex.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, safety and engineering standards.
• Support new line installation, commissioning, and handover from project to operations.
