Job summary

Mamee is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Malaysia to lead the maintenance function, ensuring high equipment reliability, low downtime, and sustained asset performance through TPM, reliability engineering, and maintenance excellence.

You will manage mechanical, electrical, utilities, and facilities maintenance teams, develop and execute preventive and predictive strategies, and drive improvements in MTBF/MTTR and spare parts management while ensuring GMP and HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
• 8–12 years maintenance experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven hands-on TPM implementation in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, root cause analysis, and breakdown elimination.
• Experience managing high-speed production, processing, and packaging equipment.
• GMP, HACCP and food safety standards familiarity.
• Strong people leadership and TPM adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support new line installation, commissioning, and handover from project to operation.
