Job summary

Sand & Sandals Desaru Beach Resort And Spa in Bandar Penawar, Johor, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead engineering and maintenance operations. Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as Maintenance Manager in hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general building maintenance.
• Good leadership, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies when required.
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Sand & Sandals Desaru Beach Resort is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead our engineering and maintenance operations.
