Job summary

Fgv Iffco Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery and air compressor systems. You will repair motors and electrical equipment, attend breakdowns, and ensure safety and quality are maintained.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical Instrumentation or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance, instrumentation and industrial machinery.
• Familiarity with SAP PM is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery and air compressor systems.
• Repair, servicing and overhaul of motors and electrical equipment.
• Attend to machine breakdowns and implement timely corrective actions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation and closed-loop control systems.
• Inspect, test and calibrate flowmeters and temperature gauges.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet safety requirements and company standards.

• Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety requirements and company standards.
