Job summary

Excel Qhalif is seeking a diligent maintenance technician to perform daily repairs and upkeep of the building and facilities. You will handle electricity, lighting, plumbing, fire systems, phone and internet, and water supply tasks.

Responsibilities include scheduled maintenance within timelines, resolving breakdowns and emergencies (some after hours), and other duties as assigned. Must have own transport and be willing to travel to other branches.

• Able to travel and visit other branches.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance requests and complaints, including minor repairs and handyman works.
• Attend and maintain electricity supply, lighting, plumbing system, fire-fighting system, phone & internet system, water supply works, etc.
• Carry out all scheduled maintenance of the building and common facilities accordingly within the timeline.
• Resolve breakdown & emergency maintenance tasks, some of which may require action outside of normal working hours.
• Perform other duties as per requested by the superior.

Working Hour:
Every Monday to Friday : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Saturday (once every four weeks) : 8.30 am to 2.00 pm
