Qualifications

• Must have engineering background and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing plant facilities and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements (DOE, WWTP) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
• Establish and execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Plan upgrades and modifications for efficiency and safety compliance.
• Support new equipment setup and commissioning activities.
• Lead engineers and technicians to deliver maintenance tasks on schedule.
• Monitor utilities and control energy consumption.
• Manage spare parts inventory for facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with departments on maintenance-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards.
