Job summary
Innovalues in Malaysia is seeking a maintenance engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines and production equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC systems to keep lines running efficiently.
Responsibilities include analyzing breakdowns, monitoring PM compliance, downtime, MTBF and MTTR, and supporting installation or commissioning of equipment. Knowledge of TPM and IATF 16949 compliance is preferred.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering field.
- 2-5 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance.
- CNC maintenance experience is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance and IATF 16949 is preferred.
