SK Intellix Malaysia SDN BHD. is seeking an MC Operations Intern to provide administrative and operational support, focusing on onboarding new Magic Care agents, documentation management, and compliance processes.

This internship offers exposure to HR processes, business administration, and hands-on operational tasks. You will assist with contract prep, commission statements, ID cards, headcount, receipts, and GA approvals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Contract Preparation: Prepare and distribute employment contracts for new Magic Care agents prior to monthly deadlines.
• Commission Statement Management: Organize, rename, and maintain commission statements for individual MCs (third week of each month).
• ID Card Management: Print and coordinate distribution of ID cards for new agent intake.
• Headcount Tracking: Maintain accurate and updated records of MC headcount.
• Receipt Verification: Review and verify receipts for MC claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Document Review & Approvals: Assist in document checking and support the processing of GA approvals for SMC fund requests.
