Job summary

TCIM Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Officer to drive business development and sales of heavy and light machinery across Malaysia. The role involves promoting excavators, loaders and forklifts, preparing quotations, and advancing the full sales cycle.

Based in Malaysia, you will identify opportunities, build relationships with new and existing clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Travel to customer sites as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Passionate about machinery or automotive sales.
• Computer literate; ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: identify new opportunities via cold calls, visits and referrals.
• Promote products (excavators, loaders, forklifts) to customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and manage the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Stay updated on product specs and competitive offerings; coordinate with teams for promotions.
• Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery; liaise with logistics, finance and tech teams.
