Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production operator to work in sections arranged by leadership and shift supervisors, following procedures and work instructions. You will operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts, monitor operations, inspect for defects, and report quality issues to ensure conformity with production standards.

This role requires attentiveness to equipment needs and adherence to safety and quality processes, contributing to a smooth shift handover and the achievement

Responsibilities

• Work in respective sections arranged by Leader and shift supervisor perform duties according to procedures and work instructions.
• Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts following production requirements and standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the Shift Supervisor or Maintenance Technician for troubleshooting and repair.
• Monitor machine operations and inspect molded parts for defects, such as flash, short shots, or discoloration.
• Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments and visual inspection techniques to ensure product conformity.
• Report any quality issued on the plastics part to the shift supervisor and leader.
