Job summary

TT GLOBAL HEALTHCARE SDN BHD is seeking a production operator to operate glove-forming/dipping machinery in a rotating shift pattern across production stations. You will ensure output targets and maintain quality standards according to SOPs.

Responsibilities include performing in-process quality checks, wearing PPE, and adhering to safety procedures on the operation floor while rotating between Machine Operation, Packaging, and Walleting stations as scheduled by the Line Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Follow SOP and safety instructions on the operation floor.
• Willingness to rotate across stations and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate glove-forming/dipping machinery according to SOP.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations or defects immediately.
• Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times and follow safety procedures on the operation floor.
• Rotate across Machine Operation, Packaging, and Walleting stations as scheduled by the Line Supervisor.
• Report machine faults, near-misses, or safety hazards without delay.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at the workstation.

About you

Minimum SPM/PMR or equivalent; no prior experience required, training provided

Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods and work rotating 8-hour shifts
