• Experience in supervising site activities and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work progress and ensure construction deliverables meet the schedule.
• Attend to site problems and report with proposed solutions.
• Quality control to ensure works meet client requirements and specifications.
• Communicate with project team on progress and construction methodology.
• Follow up with authorities to obtain CCC within schedule.
• Verify progress with sub-contractors and report to management.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, surveyors, subcontractors and local authorities to ensure compliance.
• Ensure designs are incorporated during design and construction stages.
• Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure works comply with drawings and contract.

Tasks & responsibilities

Supervise work progress and ensure the construction work deliver within the schedule.

Attend to the site problems and report accordingly with problem solving suggestion.

Quality Control, to ensure construction works meet client's requirement and specification

Communicate with project team on construction progress and methodology.

Follow up with authority’s requirement and procedure to ensure CCC is obtained within schedule.

Verify progress with sub-contractors and report to Management.

Liaise and coordinate activities with the client’s representatives and among consultants, project team, surveyors, subcontractors and local authorities to ensure all requirements are up to satisfaction

Fully addressed and incorporated during design and construction stage.

Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure all works are in compliance with the drawings and contract requirements.
