Job summary

Kimlun is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to coordinate and supervise M&E activities on-site for high-rise and mixed-use developments. You will ensure drawings align with architectural/structural plans and manage subcontractors to meet tender specs and workmanship quality.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in ME/EE and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with on-site exposure to high-rise projects.

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Check all M&E drawings for discrepancies with Architectural & Structural drawings and control of M&E drawings on-site.
• Coordinate, supervise & monitor all M&E subcontractors on-site work & manpower.
• Conduct M&E coordination meeting with all M&E subcontractors.
• Ensure installations are carried out according to tender technical specification, drawings & check quality of workmanship.
• Any other duties assigned by management
