Rancang Segar Sdn Bhd. in Petaling Jaya is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to oversee ACMV and Fire Fighting installations on-site. You will coordinate daily site activities, review shop drawings, ensure safety, and manage priorities while maintaining records.

A minimum SPM and at least 1 year of supervisory experience are required; a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is an advantage. The role offers hands-on field work and opportunities within a growing M&E company.

Qualifications

We are an established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) company specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of ACMV and Fire Fighting systems. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya. Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision of the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of ACMV and Fire Fighting systems on-site
• Coordinate work priorities and scheduling of daily duties for site crews
• Plan, inspect, and assign job schedules to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Provide follow-up supervision on employee assignments and performance
• Initiate requisitions for supplies and equipment as required
• Maintain accurate records for hourly employees and site activities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field is an advantage
• 3–5 years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of ACMV and/or Fire Fighting systems
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role
• Valid driving licence (D) required
• Proficient in interpreting shop drawings and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to manage multiple priorities on-site
