Job summary

Lowell M&E Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Engineer (M&E) to join our project team at Padang Lebar, Negeri Sembilan. You will support and coordinate daily site activities, monitor progress, and ensure works meet drawings, specifications and schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services engineering with at least 1 year of site experience, good reading of technical drawings, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant site / construction experience.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring daily site activities and work progress.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E works carried out by workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure site works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, suppliers and other relevant parties on site matters.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on outstanding works or site issues.
• Assist in preparing site progress reports, records and project documentation.
• Monitor materials, manpower and work progress to support the project schedule.
• Attend site meetings and inspections when required.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Project Manager / superior.
