Job summary

YTL Construction is seeking an Engineer (M&E) to support on-site monitoring and coordination of mechanical and electrical works on our project sites in Malaysia. You will assist in supervising the implementation to ensure adherence to specifications, codes, quality standards, and schedules.

You will help monitor M&E progress, prepare short subprogrammes, coordinate with subcontractors and other trades, and verify drawings and specs for consistency with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Assist in monitoring schedule and progress of M&E installation works.
• Coordinate services installation works with subcontractors and ensure compliance with drawings and project requirements.
• Review design drawings, specifications and method statements for discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring the M&E works on site to align with project schedule and milestones.
• Assist in preparing subprogrammes and weekly programmes for M&E trades.
• Coordinate day-to-day M&E installation activities with other trades.
