YESB SDN. BHD. is an established Mechanical & Electrical contractor in Malaysia, delivering turnkey projects across commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

We seek a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and help manage tendering and cost control. Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome though 1–2 years’ related experience helps.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and technical reporting abilities.
• Ability to produce clear tender and cost reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender cost submission and tender documents.
• Quantity taking off and cost evaluation & comparison.
• Attend tender interviews and site claim valuation.
• Project cost estimates for materials needed.
• Prepare and analyze budgeting, valuation and cost reports.
