Job summary

China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn. Bhd. (CCCC Malaysia) is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to handle measurements, cost estimates, tender documentation, and subcontractor management for M&E works.

You will review drawings and contracts while liaising with clients and project teams to ensure commercial success. Ideal candidates have 3+ years' experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with CostX/Glodon/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying for M&E works
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, CostX, Glodon, or similar QS software is an advantage
• Familiar with measurement standards, BQ preparation, VO, claims, and final accounts

Key responsibilities

About you

Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Able to work independently and meet project deadlines

Experience in commercial, industrial, or data centre projects is an added advantage

Experience with Data Centre or Mission Critical Facility projects (preferred)

Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills (preferred)
