Job summary

Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team on diverse building and infrastructure projects. You will handle cost estimation, BOQ, budgets and tender evaluation with attention to detail and accuracy.

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying is required, CIDB Grade 7 registration preferred, and experience in building construction is highly regarded. Join us to contribute to high-profile developments and value-driven project delivery.

Qualifications

• Study drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
• Prepare project budgets and costing, source and analyse quotes from suppliers/subcontractors.
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of bids and track costs against budgets.
• Value progress claims and interim payments; help prepare final project accounts.

Responsibilities
